JOIN US! MSU BUSINESS INCLUSION SUPPLIER EXPO
Michigan State University Purchasing is pleased to host the Business Inclusion Supplier Expo on April 18, 2018. Our goal is to provide business opportunities to minority-owned, woman-owned, veteran-owned, and other diverse and small businesses by connecting you with MSU faculty and staff who make purchases for their departments. In addition to the campus community, invitations are being extended to purchasing buyers from several peer academic institutions and many large MSU suppliers.
This is an unprecedented opportunity. Space is limited—register now!
- A 6 ft. table with pipe and drape, skirted table, two folding chairs, and signage
- Two boxed lunches (Additional lunches are available for $14 each. After completing this registration—all the way through to getting an order number—you may place a separate order for additional lunches using the link Boxed Lunch Order. All lunches must be pre-ordered and will not be available for purchase the day of the event.)
- Networking opportunities with campus customers, other universities, suppliers, and purchasing organizations
The event will be hosted at the Breslin Center, home of MSU Spartan basketball.
Register now—space is limited to the first 100 suppliers. Deadline is March 16, 2018.
7:30 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. – Registration, booth set up
9:15 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. – Opening remarks: Kim Watson, Director of University Services
10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Expo open to campus
Parking is available in Lot 63W. Please use the kiosks to print a parking receipt. The coupon code to be entered to validate parking is 2018. The coupon code is valid from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. See map
Cancellations made after March 16, 2018 will receive no refund, though registrations may be transferred between members of the same organization.
