Manager, Marketing & Customer Relationship
My Role @ MMSDC: As the Marketing & Customer Relationship Manager, my role is primarily internal. Essentially, I work to ensure that all of the great programming, events, and services my colleagues provide is presented, communicated, and accessible for our constituents. My team manages the website, email and any other customer-facing technologies. I also lead the company’s branding and design direction. You can usually find me at MMSDC events either backstage or running around trying to find Kevin. How I got started at MMSDC: I started here as a summer intern in 2013 and started full-time in 2014. Over my time here, I’ve been adding on additional responsibilities every year and taking on new, exciting challenges.
Why MMSDC?: I’m passionate about the mission here at the council. As a future entrepreneur myself, my time observing all the different minority businesses, learning about the various industries, and slowly networking with the MMSDC community has been invaluable.
