What We Need From You
The Speaker Info Submission Deadline is Thursday, February 18th, 2021.
As a Speaker, Presenter, Moderator, or Panelist for the 2021 Michigan Minority Procurement Conference, we ask that you complete the below form in order to make your conference participation “official”.
Using the form, please provide your Name, Company Info and Title, and most accessible Contact Information. Additionally, from the drop-down menu provided, select the name of the session that you are participating in. Also required, please be sure to upload your bio, headshot, and speaker agreement.
Once we have received your completed form, a member of our team will provide additional details regarding your scheduled virtual recording session with our Virtual Recording Team.
