What we need from your Company

DEADLINE: Content submission deadline is Monday, February 22nd, 2021, for sponsor materials, virtual booth content, and program book ads.

As a sponsor and/or virtual booth owner for the 2021 MMPC, we ask that you provide content that our team will utilize to ensure proper recognition throughout the event as outlined in your sponsor package and/or virtual booth guidelines. Content types that may be submitted through this platform are:

Company Logo
Company Weblink (homepage, or other pertinent weblink)
Sponsor Advertisement for the 2021 MMPC Digital Program Book
Sponsor Video (see your sponsorship package to see if this is included)
Virtual Booth Documents

2021 MMPC PROGRAM BOOK ADVERTISEMENT
Your sponsorship package includes with a HALF-PAGE Advertisement in the 2021 MMPC Digital Program Book. Please ensure that your ad submission meets the following size requirements: (Trim size 8" x 5.25")
(NOTE: File formats accepted are PDF, EPS, JPEG, TIFF. 300dpi or higher. CMYK color mode only) *Ads not meeting the above requirements will be returned to the advertiser for corrections.
FILE SPECIFICATIONS

The required format is high-resolution PDF, with all fonts embedded. Use only PostScript (Type I or Type 3) fonts; no TrueType fonts. Use stylized fonts and do not apply style attributes to basic fonts. Text set in any other variety of fonts must be converted to paths, then placed as a graphic. Use high-resolution settings and correct when distilling file.
Film positives/negatives, mechanical artwork or paste-up boards are not acceptable.
Ads must be smaller than 64MB
