Engineering and IT staffing provider Kyyba Inc. has purchased all staffing contracts belonging to ASG Renaissance, a Dearborn-based company focusing on technical and communication services.
Kyyba acquired the entirety of ASG’s staffing arm, including employees, clients and equipment, but ASG will continue its other projects — namely marketing and consulting — with existing customers.
Other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With the move, Kyyba aims to widen its foundation of auto industry clients and bring on new ASG personnel, according to a news release. The minority-owned firm has 700 employees, and the ASG acquisition will add 150 more.
