Sealed proposal for the project will be received at the City of Utica’s Clerk’s Office, 7550 Auburn Road, Utica, Michigan 48317 (hereinafter referred to as “the City”) until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at which time the bids shall be opened and read aloud.
This project is the repair and rehabilitation of Riverside 175, a 16,524 square foot, 54 unit multifamily residential structure located at 7650 Greeley and built in 1992 for senior citizens and owned by the City of Utica. Intended repairs include the purchase of multiple sliding door wall units including installation. Exact quantity is unknown but could exceed 25 (twenty-five) units, to a maximum of 54 (fifty-four) units.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., at the project site located at Riverside 175, 7650 Greeley Street, Utica Ml 48317.
The City will work with the contractor for the scheduling of multiple unit replacements per day. All work must be completed by March 31, 2018.
