Entrepreneurs Access Network
Entrepreneurs aren’t determined by race. Their potential shouldn’t be either. Entrepreneurs Access Network teams with Black and Latinx founders to transcend barriers and scale their businesses.
The EY Entrepreneurs Access Network elevates the ability for Black and Latinx entrepreneurs to obtain additional resources and networks needed to achieve new heights.
EY has teamed with equally committed companies/organizations to address the underlying causes versus just treating the symptoms these businesses face. This network provides participants access to an eco-village of curated curriculums, resources and funding to scale their companies, thus affecting change across economic and civic communities.
The greatest equalizer of wealth disparity is business ownership
On average, minority business owners have a median net worth 12 times higher than those who do not own businesses.
Entrepreneurs Access Network is a 12-month educational program and evergreen community, supported by a web of fellow advocating companies and organizations. This immersive journey includes a company assessment to identify the firm’s potential and needs to align it to the emerging, established or on-demand curriculums. It also includes teaming with a personal liaison for guidance throughout the program.
There are two program paths – Curated and On-Demand. Flexibility on criteria will be based on scalability of company.
