Mission
Our goal is to promote the progression and development of corporate sourcing professionals with corporate leaders facilitating conversations, sharing best practices and knowledge, and collaborating new ideas; ultimately chartering the course to minority business success.
Program Details
Mentee Requirements:
- Active MMSDC Corporate Member
- Responsible for a corporate sourcing initiative
- Willing to complete initial and final assessment
- Commitment to attend all InFuse meetings
- Be prepared and engaged during mentor meetings (complete assignments, readings, etc.)
- Complete meeting assessments promptly
Mentor Requirements:
- Active MMSDC Corporate Member
- Participates in MMSDC events / meetings
- Minimum three years’ sourcing and/or procurement experience
- Complete meeting assessments promptly
